About us
Claire Raymond | Violinist
Claire Raymond is a senior in high school with eight years of experience playing the violin. She loves performing and believes that music is something everyone can relate to. Claire has served as concertmaster for three different orchestras and played a pivotal role in leading her ensemble to a second-place finish at a district competition. With over 30 performances to her credit, she is proficient in a wide range of musical styles.
Aiden Ramirez | Cellist
Aiden is a passionate junior in high school, deeply dedicated to music and composition. Aiden has played cello for 7 years. He loves playing in ensembles and has had the pleasure of playing with the Maple Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra, as well as being an active member of the Tacoma Youth Symphony Association. Aiden has also had the wonderful opportunity to have his compositions performed in professional settings, including with the Ravena String Orchestra and the Issaquah Philharmonic Orchestra. Recently, he was selected for the 2024 Merriman-Ross Young Composers Workshop, where musicians from the Seattle Symphony premiered one of his pieces. With a deep dedication to his musical journey, Aiden is eager to further explore his studies in music and composition.
